The Hampi x KALĀ residency exchange provides Sri Lankan artists with the opportunity for a hands-on residency exploring clay and ceramic practices within Hampi’s cultural and ecological landscape. The programme encourages material-led, experimental approaches rooted in local techniques, craft communities, and site-responsive inquiry.

Together, KALĀ and Hampi Art Labs aim to create meaningful connections across the Global South by supporting residencies, programming, and collaborations with like-minded institutions and organisations.
